My name is Stephanie Fidlin and I am a candidate for School Board member for the School District of Waukesha. I believe that every child deserves a quality education and that we need to invest in our schools to ensure that they have the resources they need to succeed. As a member of the School Board, I will work to ensure that our schools are safe, welcoming, and inclusive for all students.

Supporting Our Educators
My campaign is focused on supporting our educators to attract and retain the highest quality educational staff for our students. I believe that by providing our staff with the resources they need and promoting a just culture with strong communication we can reduce turnover and improve education across the District. As a School Board member, I will work to provide timely and transparent communication, solicit regular feedback from our teachers and staff, and ensure that staff has access to the resources they need to succeed.
